Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Education, L&D, EdTech, Content Production, or related fields.
- Proven experience in creating and launching educational products or courses.
- Ability to independently lead projects from research and strategy to launch and analysis.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Experience interacting with subject matter experts, marketing, and product teams.
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting.
- High level of ownership and readiness for a hands-on role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Active interest in marketing, AI, and modern educational formats.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the education development strategy and launch new training formats.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience segment research.
- Develop courses for entrepreneurs, marketers, and users of varying expertise levels.
- Manage the full lifecycle of course production from conceptualization to results analysis.
- Source, engage, and coordinate speakers, mentors, and external experts.
- Manage video production, content creation, and educational materials.
- Launch video courses, mentorship programs, and other educational formats.
- Analyze key metrics such as acquisition, completion rate, and retention to assess product impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Creative teams.
- Adapt educational programs to product updates and new AI tools.
