Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR, People Partner, or Employee Relations experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex employee relations matters
  • Strong experience managing U.S.-based ER cases including performance concerns, investigations, and terminations
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance practices
  • Proven ability to coach managers through sensitive situations
  • Experience partnering with Legal, HR, and business leaders
  • Ability to balance strategic awareness with hands-on execution
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end U.S. employee relations cases including performance, conflicts, and investigations
  • Partner with Legal and HR leadership on complex or high-risk cases
  • Provide real-time guidance and coaching to managers on performance and employee issues
  • Translate company-wide culture and engagement initiatives into local business execution
  • Support execution of performance management and compensation cycles
  • Maintain awareness of attrition trends and organizational dynamics to provide actionable insights
