Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR, People Partner, or Employee Relations experience
- Demonstrated ownership of complex employee relations matters
- Strong experience managing U.S.-based ER cases including performance concerns, investigations, and terminations
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance practices
- Proven ability to coach managers through sensitive situations
- Experience partnering with Legal, HR, and business leaders
- Ability to balance strategic awareness with hands-on execution
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end U.S. employee relations cases including performance, conflicts, and investigations
- Partner with Legal and HR leadership on complex or high-risk cases
- Provide real-time guidance and coaching to managers on performance and employee issues
- Translate company-wide culture and engagement initiatives into local business execution
- Support execution of performance management and compensation cycles
- Maintain awareness of attrition trends and organizational dynamics to provide actionable insights
