Responsibilities
- Own the Marketing org's operating cadence: org all-hands, weekly standups, OKR planning and tracking.
- Serve as the connective tissue across Marketing sub-teams to identify dependencies and surface blockers.
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs on top initiatives to leadership.
- Build shared resources and implement lightweight systems for team visibility.
- Take ownership of a select set of high-impact growth initiatives, driving them from scoping through completion.
