Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or JD is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.
- Experience with enterprise customers.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Ability to facilitate and manage multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and recurring revenue.
- Experience with CSPs and CRM systems.
- Legal Tech or experience with large law firms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct executive-level business reviews and deliver adoption analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored value.
- Define success metrics and align with customer business objectives.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Own the renewal process and identify retention risks.
- Identify, recommend, and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Document customer feedback and enterprise-level use cases.
- Ensure activities are tracked in the CSP/CRM system.
