Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or JD is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.
  • Experience with enterprise customers.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to facilitate and manage multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and recurring revenue.
  • Experience with CSPs and CRM systems.
  • Legal Tech or experience with large law firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct executive-level business reviews and deliver adoption analyses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored value.
  • Define success metrics and align with customer business objectives.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Own the renewal process and identify retention risks.
  • Identify, recommend, and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Document customer feedback and enterprise-level use cases.
  • Ensure activities are tracked in the CSP/CRM system.
