Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience (or equivalent)
  • State & Local Government (SLG) experience (preferred)
  • Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel
  • Experience building credibility and trust with customers and stakeholders
  • Experience maintaining outcome-based relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Willing to travel based on customer and business need

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial onboarding of accounts with enterprise level customers
  • Accomplish a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy
  • Provide guidance to allow customers to create impact and increase collaboration
  • Perform periodic customer success reviews and resolve issues
  • Implement and share best practices to ensure value realization
  • Use usage patterns to gain insights and increase adoption
  • Manage and resolve critical situations as the primary interface
  • Collaborate with Sales, Training and Professional Services teams
  • Provide expert customer insight to Product Management and Marketing
