Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience (or equivalent)
- State & Local Government (SLG) experience (preferred)
- Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel
- Experience building credibility and trust with customers and stakeholders
- Experience maintaining outcome-based relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Willing to travel based on customer and business need
Responsibilities
- Perform initial onboarding of accounts with enterprise level customers
- Accomplish a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy
- Provide guidance to allow customers to create impact and increase collaboration
- Perform periodic customer success reviews and resolve issues
- Implement and share best practices to ensure value realization
- Use usage patterns to gain insights and increase adoption
- Manage and resolve critical situations as the primary interface
- Collaborate with Sales, Training and Professional Services teams
- Provide expert customer insight to Product Management and Marketing
