Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience in agency, RPO, or high-volume in-house environment.
  • Proven track record of hitting placement targets.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Experience with creative outbound sourcing.
  • Ability to conduct candidate interviews independently.
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
  • Disciplined in maintaining ATS and CRM data.
  • Experience with AI-powered matching and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own assigned client roles from brief review to placement.
  • Hit monthly placement targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Shortlist candidates from internal database and AI tools.
  • Source candidates directly via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Interview candidates to verify fit and experience.
  • Create and manage job ads on ATS and external boards.
  • Collaborate with delivery, sourcing, and account management teams.
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS and CRM systems.
