- Experience in agency, RPO, or high-volume in-house environment.
- Proven track record of hitting placement targets.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Experience with creative outbound sourcing.
- Ability to conduct candidate interviews independently.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Disciplined in maintaining ATS and CRM data.
- Experience with AI-powered matching and sourcing tools.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned client roles from brief review to placement.
- Hit monthly placement targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Shortlist candidates from internal database and AI tools.
- Source candidates directly via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Interview candidates to verify fit and experience.
- Create and manage job ads on ATS and external boards.
- Collaborate with delivery, sourcing, and account management teams.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and CRM systems.
