Requirements

  • University degree
  • 4-6 years of end-to-end in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Successfully hired across business functions and exposed to hiring for tech roles
  • Strong recruiting experience in the DACH market
  • Exceptional sourcer with a track record of generating hires through proactive outreach
  • Confident partnering with and constructively challenging hiring managers
  • Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions
  • Extensive experience with ATS and recruitment technology, ideally Greenhouse and/or Ashby
  • Highly organized
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across business (commercial and research) roles while also managing some and technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across the DACH region and other key markets
  • Create and nurture talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring effectiveness
  • Leverage ATS and recruitment technologies to streamline processes and reporting
  • Support employer branding initiatives
