Requirements
- University degree
- 4-6 years of end-to-end in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Successfully hired across business functions and exposed to hiring for tech roles
- Strong recruiting experience in the DACH market
- Exceptional sourcer with a track record of generating hires through proactive outreach
- Confident partnering with and constructively challenging hiring managers
- Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions
- Extensive experience with ATS and recruitment technology, ideally Greenhouse and/or Ashby
- Highly organized
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across business (commercial and research) roles while also managing some and technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across the DACH region and other key markets
- Create and nurture talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring effectiveness
- Leverage ATS and recruitment technologies to streamline processes and reporting
- Support employer branding initiatives
