- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, including at least 2 years within clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences environments.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, clinical, and leadership roles.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic recruiting advisor.
- Advanced sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical research hiring landscapes and talent profiles is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and build trust with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and organizational objectives across clinical, operational, and corporate teams.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to senior-level and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring high-quality and timely hiring outcomes.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using market mapping, digital platforms, industry networks, and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key clinical research functions and future hiring demands.
- Utilize recruiting data and KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience) to inform decisions and optimize hiring processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to enhance employer branding and attract passive talent through storytelling and digital engagement.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience characterized by transparency, inclusivity, and consistent communication.
- Serve as a mentor and advisor to junior recruiters and coordinators, supporting capability development and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay informed on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks within clinical research and life sciences.
