Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as an MSP technician or internal IT professional.
- Deep experience with at least one major RMM platform.
- Strong technical skills in Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting.
- Experience managing 500+ endpoints (1,000+ preferred).
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing roles, including video presentation.
- Self-directed work style capable of managing competing priorities.
- Sharp diagnostic instincts for platform versus environment issues.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for technical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full inbound support queue from open to close.
- Diagnose and route technical issues between platform bugs and customer environment problems.
- Perform QA on features before production release.
- Conduct deep onboarding for customers with 1,000+ endpoints, including mapping workflows and custom automation creation.
- Lead live video support sessions and customer training.
- Build and contribute reusable automations to the company library.
- Create and maintain how-to videos and technical documentation.
- Host office hours and perform product demos.
- Engage with the community via Discord and other channels.
