Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as an MSP technician or internal IT professional.
  • Deep experience with at least one major RMM platform.
  • Strong technical skills in Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting.
  • Experience managing 500+ endpoints (1,000+ preferred).
  • Strong communication skills for customer-facing roles, including video presentation.
  • Self-directed work style capable of managing competing priorities.
  • Sharp diagnostic instincts for platform versus environment issues.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for technical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full inbound support queue from open to close.
  • Diagnose and route technical issues between platform bugs and customer environment problems.
  • Perform QA on features before production release.
  • Conduct deep onboarding for customers with 1,000+ endpoints, including mapping workflows and custom automation creation.
  • Lead live video support sessions and customer training.
  • Build and contribute reusable automations to the company library.
  • Create and maintain how-to videos and technical documentation.
  • Host office hours and perform product demos.
  • Engage with the community via Discord and other channels.
