Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MongoDB and RDBMS configuration and best practices.
- Experience with schema design, performance tuning, query optimization, and index tuning.
- Experience with backup solutions, replica sets, and sharding topologies.
- Demonstrable experience administering Linux-based systems.
- Knowledge of virtualized environments (VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, Azure).
- Experience working with customers in English.
- Completed MongoDB University courses.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support for MongoDB customers.
- Resolve complex technical problems for demanding deployments.
- Mentor and assist fellow support engineers.
- Create technical blog posts and support documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to influence product strategy.
