Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Perform follow-up actions related to NPS and CSAT results.
  • Assist account managers with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Support process alignment and internal team coordination.
  • Adhere to KPIs, productivity benchmarks, and quality assurance standards.
