Responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Perform follow-up actions related to NPS and CSAT results.
- Assist account managers with administrative and operational tasks.
- Support process alignment and internal team coordination.
- Adhere to KPIs, productivity benchmarks, and quality assurance standards.
