Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and text messaging.
  • Identify and engage prospective candidates and leads for assigned campaigns.
  • Qualify prospects based on predefined campaign criteria.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and interest.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in CRM.
  • Coordinate handoffs of qualified prospects to recruiting teams or sales leadership.
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach volume goals and conversion targets.
