- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and executives.
- Hands-on experience building Salesforce reports, dashboards, and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead through influence across organizational levels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of open pipeline and partner with sales leaders to improve data accuracy.
- Schedule and facilitate pipeline calls to ensure process adherence and documentation.
- Manage the employee incentive process and coordinate approvals with leadership.
- Audit won opportunities to ensure Salesforce records reflect contract terms.
- Lead renewal management activities and facilitate review sessions.
- Generate business strategy insights from sales data trends.
- Partner with leaders to improve Salesforce adoption and CRM usage.
- Perform Salesforce system administration and dashboard development.
