Requirements
- 2-4 years of direct experience in Sales Operations, including Partner Operations.
- Experience in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with partner sales (resellers, brokers, referral partners).
- Strong data-driven approach and results orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to take independent ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication and influence skills.
- Rigorous prioritization approach.
- Prior experience working within Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned partner managers and selling teams to manage strategic revenue-enabling initiatives.
- Diagnose root causes of sales system inefficiencies and deliver solutions.
- Drive projects to completion ensuring quality and adoption.
- Simplify processes through automation and new tool implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Salesforce Admins, Finance, and Marketing.
- Respond to sales support tickets and requests for systems troubleshooting, reporting, and deal attribution.
- Manage the sales tech stack, including implementation, support, optimization, and vendor relationships.
