Requirements

  • 2-4 years of direct experience in Sales Operations, including Partner Operations.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with partner sales (resellers, brokers, referral partners).
  • Strong data-driven approach and results orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to take independent ownership of tasks.
  • Strong communication and influence skills.
  • Rigorous prioritization approach.
  • Prior experience working within Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned partner managers and selling teams to manage strategic revenue-enabling initiatives.
  • Diagnose root causes of sales system inefficiencies and deliver solutions.
  • Drive projects to completion ensuring quality and adoption.
  • Simplify processes through automation and new tool implementation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Salesforce Admins, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Respond to sales support tickets and requests for systems troubleshooting, reporting, and deal attribution.
  • Manage the sales tech stack, including implementation, support, optimization, and vendor relationships.
