Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to improve sales processes and increase seller efficiency.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and territory planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel and velocity metrics.
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing CRM workflows and sales technology stacks.
  • Self-starter with a track record of follow-through and results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Direct Sales motion and performance drivers.
  • Establish weekly pipeline inspection and forecasting cadence.
  • Implement pipeline hygiene standards, stage criteria, and aging thresholds.
  • Validate and refine territory design, account assignment models, and quota coverage.
  • Partner with Business Systems to scope and prioritize CRM and workflow improvements.
  • Surface repeatable insights on ICP fit, deal quality, and conversion drivers.
  • Deliver clear, defensible forecasts for Sales leadership and Finance.
  • Own and evolve territory, quota, and capacity frameworks aligned to planning cycles.
