- Demonstrated ability to improve sales processes and increase seller efficiency.
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and territory planning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel and velocity metrics.
- Proven experience partnering with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing CRM workflows and sales technology stacks.
- Self-starter with a track record of follow-through and results.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Direct Sales motion and performance drivers.
- Establish weekly pipeline inspection and forecasting cadence.
- Implement pipeline hygiene standards, stage criteria, and aging thresholds.
- Validate and refine territory design, account assignment models, and quota coverage.
- Partner with Business Systems to scope and prioritize CRM and workflow improvements.
- Surface repeatable insights on ICP fit, deal quality, and conversion drivers.
- Deliver clear, defensible forecasts for Sales leadership and Finance.
- Own and evolve territory, quota, and capacity frameworks aligned to planning cycles.
