Requirements
- 2-4 years of direct experience in Sales Operations, including Partner Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with partner sales, including resellers, brokers, and referral partners.
- Data-driven approach to decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to take independent ownership of tasks and projects.
- Strong project management skills.
- Prior experience working within Salesforce or another CRM like Hubspot.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and motivate change without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned partner managers, selling teams, and sales leadership to manage strategic revenue-enabling initiatives.
- Diagnose root causes of sales system inefficiencies and scope/deliver solutions.
- Drive projects to completion ensuring quality and adoption.
- Simplify processes through automation and implementation of new tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Salesforce Admins, Finance, and Marketing.
- Act as front-line support for partner teams regarding systems, reports, and deal attribution.
- Manage the sales tech stack including implementation, support, and vendor relationships.
