Requirements

  • 2-4 years of direct experience in Sales Operations, including Partner Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with partner sales, including resellers, brokers, and referral partners.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to take independent ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Prior experience working within Salesforce or another CRM like Hubspot.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and motivate change without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned partner managers, selling teams, and sales leadership to manage strategic revenue-enabling initiatives.
  • Diagnose root causes of sales system inefficiencies and scope/deliver solutions.
  • Drive projects to completion ensuring quality and adoption.
  • Simplify processes through automation and implementation of new tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Salesforce Admins, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Act as front-line support for partner teams regarding systems, reports, and deal attribution.
  • Manage the sales tech stack including implementation, support, and vendor relationships.
