Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 7 years of experience in downstream oil and gas sector
  • Experience building and deploying custom AI tools and automated workflows
  • Full lifecycle management of multi-million dollar RFP/RFI proposals
  • Proven experience building C-suite relationships
  • Demonstrated success independently building and scaling a B2B sales pipeline
  • Strong analytical skills and project management experience
  • Ability to manage cross-functional technical, legal, and operational teams
  • Ability to work from a home office with regular travel
  • Commitment to continuous professional development

Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain strategic relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and scalable growth opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, pipeline management, and negotiations
  • Partner with leadership to define go-to-market strategies and account targeting
  • Initiate and manage proposals, onboarding requests, and customer implementations
  • Liaise with operations on payroll, invoicing, and contractor management
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to provide market feedback
  • Provide mentorship and support to other account managers
