Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 7 years of experience in downstream oil and gas sector
- Experience building and deploying custom AI tools and automated workflows
- Full lifecycle management of multi-million dollar RFP/RFI proposals
- Proven experience building C-suite relationships
- Demonstrated success independently building and scaling a B2B sales pipeline
- Strong analytical skills and project management experience
- Ability to manage cross-functional technical, legal, and operational teams
- Ability to work from a home office with regular travel
- Commitment to continuous professional development
Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain strategic relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and scalable growth opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, pipeline management, and negotiations
- Partner with leadership to define go-to-market strategies and account targeting
- Initiate and manage proposals, onboarding requests, and customer implementations
- Liaise with operations on payroll, invoicing, and contractor management
- Collaborate with product and marketing to provide market feedback
- Provide mentorship and support to other account managers
