Requirements

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying closing role in FL/GA
  • Proven track record of attaining or exceeding quota for multiple consecutive years
  • Experience selling software or curriculum related to whole child development
  • Experience supporting district-level decision makers in K-12
  • Strategic territory ownership and planning experience
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder district deals
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Familiarity with K-12 education systems
  • Persuasive communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify, secure, and expand new business that will impact Wayfinder's reach
  • Prospect strategically and intentionally across your territory
  • Work with a business development team to identify and contact interested districts
  • Have four to six meaningful conversations a day with prospective district partners
  • Create authentic, meaningful, and long-lasting relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Serve as a problem-solver for potential schools
  • Continuously follow up with schools and help them overcome barriers
  • Visit potential district partners at site visits
