- Grow and maintain strategic relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and scalable growth opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, pipeline management, and negotiations
- Partner with leadership to define go-to-market strategies and account targeting
- Initiate and manage proposals, onboarding requests, and customer implementations
- Liaise with operations on payroll, invoicing, and contractor management
