Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development or customer success role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proactive and self-motivated with a track record of achieving goals
- Valid US driver's license in good standing
- Ability to travel up to 33%
Responsibilities
- Implements strategies and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction and retention
- Owns account relationships, strategy, pricing – including managing contract renewals and RFPs
- Proactively engages and builds relationships with decisions makers and all levels of school district personnel
- Understands retention and service risks in their book of business and works to drive risk mitigation plans
- Utilizes extensive product/service knowledge to enhance engagements while generating revenue
- Conducts regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
- Works cross functionally to access internal resources
- Delivers customer feedback as a voice of the customer to internal teams
- Advocates for solutions and product enhancements
