Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant years of experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development or customer success role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a track record of achieving goals
  • Valid US driver's license in good standing
  • Ability to travel up to 33%

Responsibilities

  • Implements strategies and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction and retention
  • Owns account relationships, strategy, pricing – including managing contract renewals and RFPs
  • Proactively engages and builds relationships with decisions makers and all levels of school district personnel
  • Understands retention and service risks in their book of business and works to drive risk mitigation plans
  • Utilizes extensive product/service knowledge to enhance engagements while generating revenue
  • Conducts regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
  • Works cross functionally to access internal resources
  • Delivers customer feedback as a voice of the customer to internal teams
  • Advocates for solutions and product enhancements
