Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of technical program management, project management, or related experience.
  • 2–4+ years of experience working with technical tools such as Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and/or Azure DevOps/ADO.
  • 2–4+ years of experience with data analysis, reporting, metrics tracking, or operational analysis.
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure, technical operations, engineering programs, or platform-related initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, present findings, and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to create project schedules, status reports, requirements documentation, and scope materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support technical programs related to cloud infrastructure, platform modernization, incident management, and operational commitments.
  • Partner with engineering, product, support, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Track program schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall project status.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, requirements, scope documentation, functional specifications, and decision-support materials.
  • Analyze technical and operational data to identify trends, risks, blockers, and areas for improvement.
  • Use tools such as Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and Azure DevOps/ADO to support reporting, dashboards, analysis, and program tracking.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment across global stakeholders.
  • Communicate program updates, findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Support incident-related workflows by helping coordinate response activities, follow-ups, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Ensure programs are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations.
