Requirements

  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional credential
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting finance operations
  • At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale technical programs or transformation initiatives
  • Strong expertise in SOX controls, ITGCs, ITACs, and compliance frameworks
  • Advanced proficiency with cloud-based data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Hands-on SQL capabilities
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience leveraging AI and large language model tools
  • Knowledge of data architecture, data pipelines, and automation strategies
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance & Accounting stakeholders and technical teams
  • Build strong partnerships across finance, accounting, audit, and transformation functions
  • Lead end-to-end program delivery, including project scoping, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Analyze and document workflows, controls, reporting requirements, and data dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving finance systems, data platforms, and automation tools
  • Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Develop and lead enablement programs through training, documentation, and workshops
  • Identify and prioritize AI, automation, and process optimization opportunities
  • Partner with leadership on strategic planning, transformation, and governance
