Requirements
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional credential
- Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting finance operations
- At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale technical programs or transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in SOX controls, ITGCs, ITACs, and compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency with cloud-based data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Databricks)
- Hands-on SQL capabilities
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Experience leveraging AI and large language model tools
- Knowledge of data architecture, data pipelines, and automation strategies
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance & Accounting stakeholders and technical teams
- Build strong partnerships across finance, accounting, audit, and transformation functions
- Lead end-to-end program delivery, including project scoping, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Analyze and document workflows, controls, reporting requirements, and data dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving finance systems, data platforms, and automation tools
- Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership
- Develop and lead enablement programs through training, documentation, and workshops
- Identify and prioritize AI, automation, and process optimization opportunities
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, transformation, and governance
