Requirements
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent credential.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting (close, FP&A, SOX, audit).
- 5+ years leading change and program management for technical initiatives.
- Hands-on SOX, ITGC, and ITAC experience.
- High proficiency with cloud data warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake).
- High proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Proficiency with LLM tooling (Claude, Cursor) and AI/agent patterns.
- Ability to design data pipelines and modeling patterns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with finance teams to identify high-impact opportunities for the FDS team.
- Map workflows, data sources, and SOX controls to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Manage project delivery from scoping through execution and rollout.
- Own stakeholder relationships including VP-level communication.
- Lead enablement through training sessions, documentation, and office hours.
- Coach Finance partners on LLM tooling, data, and automation patterns.
- Partner with Finance leadership on planning and program execution.
