Requirements
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar.
- Experience in system integration, data migration, or platform transformation projects.
- Experience documenting data mappings between systems with different entity models.
- Proven track record of working with development teams translating requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience working with distributed teams and English-speaking clients.
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
- Familiarity with REST APIs and/or middleware integrations.
- Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Linear, etc.).
- Proactive and autonomous profile.
- Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Analyze systems source and destination to understand data models, business rules, and transformation flows.
- Document mappings of entities, fields, transformation rules, and validation criteria.
- Participate in client meetings in English to gather requirements and identify ambiguities.
- Understand existing integration logic and technical architecture.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for development teams.
- Proactively identify edge cases, data inconsistencies, and delivery risks.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure clarity.
- Produce traceable documentation linking requirements, design, and validation.
- Lead a team of 3 developers.
