Requirements
- 3–4+ years producing or program-managing shipped consumer mobile apps on both iOS and Android.
- Hands-on agile delivery: sprint planning, backlog grooming, WIP discipline, dependency mapping, and release coordination.
- Fluent in Jira.
- Experience shipping products where backend, mobile, and analytics have to reconcile.
- Strong product judgment with the ability to run discovery, write specs, and make prioritization calls.
- Confidence to set priorities and challenge founders respectfully.
- C2 English proficiency for daily communication with US-based founders.
Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery flow—sequencing, prioritization, WIP limits, dependency resolution, and the release timeline.
- Shape the product roadmap by researching feature ideas and weighing effort against impact.
- Translate product goals into actionable plans.
- Set priorities and hold a senior, founder-led team to them.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate external platform partnerships like App Store and Play Store.
