Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in crypto or web3 analytics.
- Strong SQL skills applied to raw blockchain data.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics platforms: Dune Analytics, Flipside Crypto, Nansen, Token Terminal, or similar.
- Solid understanding of EVM chain mechanics.
- Solana/SVM experience is a plus.
- Able to present examples of past analytical work.
- Tracks market developments independently.
- Python for data processing and automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with DEX mechanics, staking protocol economics, or bridge infrastructure is a plus.
- Exposure to indexing infrastructure like TheGraph, Alchemy, or Infura is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own competitor intelligence across core verticals: swap & DEX aggregation, earn & staking, and wallet market share.
- Monitor on-chain activity across EVM chains (BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum) and identify relevant trends.
- Follow the crypto ecosystem and translate market discourse into data-driven insights.
- Build dashboards and analyses connecting on-chain signals with internal product context.
- Collaborate with the data team to enrich internal metrics with ecosystem-level perspective.
- Brief leadership on significant on-chain developments with clear, non-technical narratives.
