Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex client accounts, strategic partnerships, or B2B relationships.
- Proven success in relationship management, account development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong ability to conduct frequent outreach and synthesize information into actionable insights.
- Understanding of media, broadcasting, content distribution, or digital products.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Experience supporting negotiations and contract management.
- Advanced experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with an assigned portfolio of partner organizations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand product adoption, program distribution, and service utilization.
- Develop and deliver compelling strategic messaging.
- Achieve key business objectives related to revenue, growth, and partnership expansion.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and meetings.
- Gather and analyze financial/operational information to support negotiations and onboarding.
- Manage the preparation and execution of business agreements.
- Maintain accurate partnership records, reports, and dashboards.
- Monitor industry developments and market trends.
