Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, and/or alliance management
- Proven success driving strategic, multi-year partnerships across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
- Deep understanding of how to identify, scope, and launch successful product integrations
- Experience with APIs and/or MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience developing and executing co-marketing and co-selling motions
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Salesforce, Crossbeam, Affinity and Loom
Responsibilities
- Be the primary relationship owner for key strategic partners, managing joint business planning, executive alignment, and operational coordination
- Lead the entire lifecycle for new strategic partnerships - from strategy, sourcing, contract negotiation, execution, to ongoing relationship management
- Serve as the connective tissue between Webflow’s internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for product integrations between Webflow and market leading technologies
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and launch joint solutions
- Collaborate with partner marketing to launch impactful co-marketing initiatives
- Drive mutual co-selling success between Webflow and select technology partners
- Create, track and report on KPIs tied to each partnership including integration usage, influenced revenue, and campaign performance
- Stay informed on partner roadmaps, ecosystem trends, and strategic shifts
