Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in technology partnerships, alliances, business development, or ecosystem strategy within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record working with AI infrastructure and foundation model providers or similar ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of AI, cloud, data platforms, composable/DXP architectures, or related enterprise technology landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic partner programs with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate partnerships using financial and strategic metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly autonomous, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale strategic technology partnerships across assigned territory, managing relationships end-to-end from onboarding through joint revenue generation.
- Define and prioritize key partner categories and build a targeted partner pipeline.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-sell motions, integrated solutions, and partner-driven demand generation.
- Identify, structure, and launch new strategic alliances aligned with product roadmap and business priorities.
- Serve as internal subject matter expert for technology partnerships within the global sales organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to optimize partner impact and execution.
- Track performance against OKRs, KPIs, and revenue targets while continuously improving partner program effectiveness.
