Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in technology partnerships, alliance management, business development, or ecosystem strategy at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of partnering with foundation model providers and AI infrastructure companies.
- Expertise in AI, data, cloud, or composable/DXP categories.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively with financial acumen.
- Strong networking skills.
- Independent, results-oriented, and able to initiate change.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- Ability to handle travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- 360-degree ownership of partner relationships including onboarding and pipeline building.
- Define and prioritize target partner categories and develop business cases.
- Develop and monitor joint plans against metrics.
- Identify and take joint solutions to market.
- Act as SME for Strategic Technology partnerships within the Global Sales Organization.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional departments to optimize sales processes.
- Provide strategic guidance to partners and account teams.
- Recruit new strategic partners.
- Execute go-to-market strategy for the region.
- Track performance through OKRs, KPIs, and quotas.
