Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2G, public sector, or government-focused sales roles.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value, multi-year enterprise or public sector deals.
- Strong understanding of public procurement processes, including tenders, framework agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, data, geospatial, or Earth observation solutions.
- Ability to engage and influence senior government stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation skills in contract structuring and pricing.
- Excellent ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of civil government and public sector accounts across Northern Europe and EU institutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with ministries, agencies, and institutional stakeholders.
- Develop account strategies aligned with policy objectives, regulatory frameworks, and public procurement cycles.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals.
- Navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.
- Represent the organization at industry events and governmental forums.
