Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2G, public sector, or government-focused sales roles.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value, multi-year enterprise or public sector deals.
  • Strong understanding of public procurement processes, including tenders, framework agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience selling technology, SaaS, data, geospatial, or Earth observation solutions.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior government stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation skills in contract structuring and pricing.
  • Excellent ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of civil government and public sector accounts across Northern Europe and EU institutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with ministries, agencies, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Develop account strategies aligned with policy objectives, regulatory frameworks, and public procurement cycles.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals.
  • Navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and governmental forums.
