- Ability to drive GTM enablement and training strategies
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to the CRO and CMO, aligning Revenue Operations strategy with company priorities and commercial objectives
- Own the design and implementation of Paddle’s GTM operating model, including territories, capacity planning, quotas, and sales compensation programs
- Lead a high-performing Deal Desk function, balancing strong commercial guardrails with speed and flexibility
- Manage the GTM technology stack and data architecture, optimised through AI-driven automation
- Establish the global standard for forecasting and pipeline management disciplines
- Lead GTM enablement strategy and execution, reducing ramp time and ensuring field teams are equipped
- Own the management and delivery of high-impact GTM initiatives
- Continuously audit and optimise existing ways of work to remove friction and improve efficiency
- Partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure alignment
