Requirements

  • 5+ years in ecosystem marketing, alliances marketing, or B2B marketing within SaaS or technology.
  • Proven experience as a founder or entrepreneur with deep experience in building a community.
  • Deep connections in the app and SaaS community.
  • Experience building or operating within communities that influence digital product companies.
  • Experience building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of how agencies, consultants, and technical partners influence buying decisions.
  • Experience collaborating closely with partnerships or alliances teams.
  • Experience activating ecosystem communities or influencer style networks within B2B markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Paddle’s partner marketing strategy across the app, SaaS and AI sector.
  • Build scalable programs that enable partners to drive awareness and preference.
  • Activate partners across key segments including agencies, consultants, operators, and influencers.
  • Create partner-focused content including guides, webinars, podcasts, and reports.
  • Develop scalable enablement resources such as toolkits, messaging guides, and templates.
  • Track and optimize partner-driven awareness, referral volume, and pipeline generation.
