Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
  • Experience in customer service, professional development, project management, or account management (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% to visit accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor overall client success and build strong client relationships.
  • Provide ongoing service and support while managing customers' expectations.
  • Implement action plans and take ownership of customer issues to resolution.
  • Develop best practices to mitigate future issues.
  • Educate clients on solutions that align with their safety goals.
  • Engage in mitigative outreach and support when risks are identified.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product releases as a subject matter expert.
  • Promote client retention by driving product adoption.
