Requirements

- Ability to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Experience in customer service, professional development, project management, or account management (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% to visit accounts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor overall client success and build strong client relationships.
- Provide ongoing service and support while managing customers' expectations.
- Implement action plans and take ownership of customer issues to resolution.
- Develop best practices to mitigate future issues.
- Educate clients on solutions that align with their safety goals.
- Engage in mitigative outreach and support when risks are identified.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product releases as a subject matter expert.
- Promote client retention by driving product adoption.
