Requirements
- 2+ years of prior experience in a direct Customer Support/Success role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weeknights and weekends.
- Availability for 5 days of work (40 hours per week) including holidays and big game days.
- Skilled problem-solver with ability to isolate root causes.
- High degree of empathy and customer-centric personality.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with users across email, chat, and social media.
- Respond to user complaints, requests, and inquiries professionally.
- Assist Regulatory Operations and Compliance with ad hoc requests and fraud reviews.
- Support interdepartmental needs regarding user interactions.
- Review player deposit and withdrawal transactions for potential fraud.
- Collect voice of customer and funnel feedback to the product team.
