Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Experience using Python, R, or similar scripting languages
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Tableau, Looker, or Mode
- Familiarity with customer research methods including survey design and usability testing
- Understanding of AI and machine learning applications within analytics workflows
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate experiments
- Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Own product analytics instrumentation, event tracking strategies, and data governance
- Build and evolve a customer 360° view by integrating behavioral and product data
- Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations
- Manage customer feedback initiatives including surveys and NPS analysis
- Leverage AI-powered analytics tools for experimentation and insight generation
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives
