Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or business intelligence
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Demonstrated experience designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests
- Hands-on experience with modern product analytics and BI tools
- Familiarity with research methods such as survey design and NPS analysis
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or R
- Working knowledge of AI/ML tools applied to analytics workflows
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive solutions independently
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests
- Develop and automate core product and business dashboards
- Own product analytics tooling, event schemas, and tracking plans
- Create a unified customer 360 view across product, marketing, and servicing data
- Translate customer feedback and data into actionable insights
- Own lightweight customer research programs including NPS and surveys
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and insight generation
