Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering.
- Background in fintech, payments, crypto, or high-scale marketplaces.
- Deep expertise with dbt for production-grade models.
- Experience managing ELT/ETL pipelines with orchestration tools like Airflow.
- Mastery of SQL and strong Python proficiency.
- Deep hands-on experience designing and running A/B testing frameworks and causal inference.
- Experience deploying AI tools, including LLM-augmented pipelines or GenAI workflows.
- Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders and leadership.
- Degree in software engineering, economics, or a hard science.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a full-stack data analyst within the Product team.
- Design and evolve dashboards, north star metrics, and analytical frameworks.
- Build and maintain data infrastructure at scale, including dbt models and production pipelines.
- Lead experimentation programs, including A/B testing frameworks and causal inference.
- Influence technical direction and data quality standards across the data team.
- Embed AI tooling and GenAI-assisted workflows into analytics processes.
- Deliver data-driven insights and storytelling to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
