Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Power M, Power Query, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of Python, MongoDB, Tableau, machine learning concepts, and Confluence.
- Experience developing dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and database structures.
- Familiarity with DMLSS/LogiCole FM systems and knowledge of other CAFM/CMMS platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate analytical results into actionable business recommendations.
- Understanding of data governance, data QA/QC processes, and enterprise reporting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Responsibilities
- Analyze and organize raw data from multiple sources including DMLSS/LogiCole FM, FROID, RPSS, and BUILDER SMS into the FOB SOT reporting database environment.
- Build and maintain data systems and pipelines using SQL and Microsoft Power Query to ensure data reliability and quality.
- Interpret key business datasets and provide actionable recommendations to improve data process flow.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting products using Power BI, Tableau, and other related visualization tools.
- Support business intelligence strategies through quantitative analysis and business-focused reporting.
- Perform business analysis to align data systems and reporting outputs with organizational goals.
- Prepare data sets for prescriptive and predictive modeling efforts.
- Document data workflows, transformation logic, reporting methodologies, and governance practices.
