Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role
- English proficiency at B2+ level (Upper Intermediate or higher)
- Russian - native-level proficiency
- Willingness to actively collaborate with an international team
- Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries for working with large datasets
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, seaborn, plotly, stats)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or similar platforms
- Understanding of basic statistics and probability theory
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management
Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for various company departments
- Collaboration with other teams to identify analytical needs and provide actionable insights
- User behavior analysis to generate insights
- Work with key company metrics: monitoring, analyzing changes, identifying causal relationships, combining this with pattern and anomaly analysis for deeper insights
- Performing ad-hoc analytical tasks at stakeholders’ requests
- Self-directed insights extraction from data
