Requirements
- Advanced degree in science.
- 8-10+ years of relevant job experience.
- Experience with promotional medical education content (advisory boards, speaker programs, slide decks).
- Experience with established professional medical editorial processes (e.g., AMA style).
- Understanding of ethical guidelines.
- Experience with rare disease.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects with limited direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned accounts and client interactions.
- Oversee planning and development of scientific content.
- Manage scientific contributions across large or multiple accounts.
- Lead the scientific portion of brand planning and business development.
- Partner with client services to develop SOWs and timelines.
- Manage resource allocation.
- Identify areas for new and organic business growth.
