Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in AI, tech, or programmatic roles.
- Deep understanding of AI tools and real-world deployment.
- Ability to bridge technical and programmatic content for non-technical audiences.
- Strong coaching and consulting skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Experience with or interest in ethical AI, including equity, data privacy, and child safeguarding.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and implement innovative solutions.
- Alum or previous employee of a Teach For All network partner preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 advisory and consulting to partners on AI strategy.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person learning communities for network leaders.
- Capture and share partner AI innovations and insights via the network portal.
- Collaborate with programmatic specialists to integrate an AI lens into their work.
- Advise partners on technology build vs. buy decisions.
- Manage and define parameters for an AI subgrant fund.
- Ensure partner adherence to network standards for responsible AI use.
- Convene internal organization-wide teams to align on AI initiatives.
