Responsibilities
- Design and run internal AI training programs tailored to each team's actual workflows.
- Manage an AI champions network across engineering, product, and GTM.
- Establish org-wide AI best practices including prompt libraries, evaluation rubrics, and security guardrails.
- Own build-vs-buy decisions for AI tooling and maintain documentation.
- Build and ship production internal AI tools for high-leverage workflows.
- Partner with Special Projects and the Sr. AI Engineer to translate Labs research into internal-facing capabilities.
- Develop internal AI roadmap alongside leadership.
- Define and report adoption metrics like time saved per workflow and tool usage.
