Requirements
- 2-4 years of technical support or software troubleshooting experience.
- Practical experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience with SQL databases and basic query writing.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, web browsers).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Receive and record incident-related information using various tools.
- Conduct analysis, gather logs/screenshots, and resolve moderately complex customer problems.
- Troubleshoot issues using network browsers, Wireshark, Windows Server tools, SQL, and APIs.
- Maintain customer relationships by handling questions with speed and professionalism.
- Establish priorities and communicate effectively with clients.
- Contribute to a knowledge base to improve team effectiveness.
- Communicate product feedback to internal teams to drive long-term improvements.
- Serve as primary contact for assigned clients regarding operational processes.
