Requirements
- 5+ years in GTM strategy/operations or management consulting at a top strategy firm.
- Direct experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefits (health plans, PBMs, or payer-aligned digital health).
- Experience delivering growth in a startup environment or new business unit.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience in early-stage GTM teams building processes from scratch.
- Strong Power Point deck design skills and storytelling acumen.
- Strategic, innovative, and organized mindset.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with Confluence/Notion, Asana/Jira preferred.
- Exposure to BCBS ecosystem preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define/refine commercialization strategy and value propositions.
- Define pricing strategy for digital health portfolio.
- Prepare board materials and executive reports.
- Conduct audit of commercial operations and assets.
- Design and operationalize standard sales playbooks and operating procedures.
- Create reusable sales assets and pitch decks.
- Manage implementation of commercial tooling and automation.
- Develop and track KPIs to report on deal velocity and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on deal structuring and pricing guardrails.
