Requirements

  • 5+ years in GTM strategy/operations or management consulting at a top strategy firm.
  • Direct experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefits (health plans, PBMs, or payer-aligned digital health).
  • Experience delivering growth in a startup environment or new business unit.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Experience in early-stage GTM teams building processes from scratch.
  • Strong Power Point deck design skills and storytelling acumen.
  • Strategic, innovative, and organized mindset.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Confluence/Notion, Asana/Jira preferred.
  • Exposure to BCBS ecosystem preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define/refine commercialization strategy and value propositions.
  • Define pricing strategy for digital health portfolio.
  • Prepare board materials and executive reports.
  • Conduct audit of commercial operations and assets.
  • Design and operationalize standard sales playbooks and operating procedures.
  • Create reusable sales assets and pitch decks.
  • Manage implementation of commercial tooling and automation.
  • Develop and track KPIs to report on deal velocity and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on deal structuring and pricing guardrails.
