Requirements
- Proven track record of defining product strategies.
- Experience using data to drive user and business impact.
- Background in B2B product design.
- Experience designing for AI-native products (e.g., LLMs, conversational AI, developer tooling).
- Strong product design portfolio with case studies.
- Ability to work comfortably with technical complexity and ambiguity.
- Strong collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the user experience vision for a core product area.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from research to launch.
- Provide design feedback across product areas.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews.
- Synthesize and share qualitative and quantitative product data.
- Design approachable interfaces for AI technologies.
- Deliver scalable design solutions for complex technical problems.
