Responsibilities
- Identify and solve a wide range of problems through thoughtful discovery, definition and design.
- Look beyond the immediate task to connect the dots and shape the product at a high level.
- Help define, monitor and improve product experience for users.
- Contribute to the design system and evolve design processes.
- Explore and outline solutions through experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Create flows, user journeys and mental models.
- Produce service maps, wireframes and prototypes.
- Test and evaluate prototypes for usability and value.
- Collaborate across disciplines with product and engineering teams.
