Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in order management, operations coordination, or related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience working with multi-step operational processes.
- Experience collaborating with international teams, vendors, or manufacturers.
- Comfort working with Accounting and Finance teams on payment workflows.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Excellent professional written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review order details and send Purchase Orders to factories within SLA.
- Submit Proforma Invoices to Accounting for payment processing.
- Track open approvals for UPC and master carton markings.
- Monitor shipping arrangements with Freight Forwarders.
- Escalate production or shipping delays to the Production Manager.
- Drive follow-through across internal and external stakeholders to ensure payment and shipping milestones are met.
- Support continuous improvement of operational workflows.
