Requirements

- 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management.
- 2 years in an Account Manager role or comparable experience.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital agency setting.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and leverage data for decision making.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Lead internal and external training sessions on digital marketing and systems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, paid advertising, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services.
- Collaborate with internal teams including SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content experts.
- Manage client budgets to achieve campaign objectives.
