Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management.
- Focus on commercial/SMB segments.
- 3+ years of direct sales team management experience.
- Strong record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Experience managing revenue targets, forecasting, and achieving team quotas.
- Expertise in short deal cycles, high-velocity sales, and 1-2 week close motions.
- Experience in upsell/cross-sell and expansion revenue models.
- Strong sales business acumen and ability to translate data into strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Coach account managers to improve individual and team sales performance.
- Foster a competitive, data-driven, and results-oriented sales culture.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales team talent.
- Own expansion revenue targets, including quota attainment and forecast accuracy.
- Develop and refine sales playbooks for high-velocity, short-cycle sales.
- Analyze pipeline metrics to optimize conversion rates and deal velocity.
- Partner with account managers on key deals to provide strategic guidance.
- Leverage usage data to uncover cross-sell and upsell expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to scale operations.
- Implement and optimize sales tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Gong.
